Nexus Kairos LLC ("Nuva", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Nuva mobile application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services.

Account Information

Voice Data

Nuva is a voice-first app. We process your voice recordings in real-time to provide feedback on your English speaking. Audio is processed transiently and not permanently stored on our servers. Transcripts of your practice sessions are stored to track your progress.

Usage Information

We collect information about how you use the app, including session duration, features used, and progress metrics (fluency scores, vocabulary mastered, etc.).

Device Information

We automatically collect device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, and crash logs to maintain and improve our service.

These providers only access information necessary to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality agreements.

• Voice audio: Processed in real-time and not stored permanently
• Transcripts: Kept for 12 months or until you delete them
• Account data: Retained while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account closure
• Analytics: Retained for 12 months

You have the right to:
